In low and mid season prices may be negotiated for lower occupancy in all properties except Le Pigeonnier. We offer excellent prices for couples.

When you arrive you will find your property clean.  You are asked to leave it clean.
Alternatively you may have it cleaned:
Cleaning prices (per clean) Le Pigeonnier £30, La Porcherie £35, Le Petite Maison £45, La Grange £55, Le Manoir £65.

The following dates are weeks commencing;
N.B. One day earlier (on Fridays),  for Le Manoir  - The house itself.

All dates shown represent the first day of your holiday.

Spring                                      Autumn

Low Season:                5^th Jan →    28^th March.           6^th Sept → 19^th December.
                                        18^th  April→ 9^th May.

Mid Season:               4^th April → 11^th April.               29^th August.
                                       16^th May →   27^th June.

High Season:              4^th July -        11^th  July                 Christmas, Hogmanay.

Peak Season:             18^th July → 22^nd Aug.

(Additional occupancy is possible in some properties- charged at £50 per person per week).

Notes on prices;

1. The prices above are applicable to the rental of each property up to the advertised maximum occupancy for each property.
2. The price includes normal use of water, gas, electricity & wood where appropriate. All bed linen, cots & high chairs are included, but not towels. These may be hired at €5 a week. 
3. The accommodation provided is self-catering and must be left clean and tidy.
4. The price does not include the small charges made on the pool table and pinball machine.
5. The minimum stay during high and peak season is normally two weeks but there are sometimes odd
   un-let single weeks available.

The rental period is from 5:00pm on the day of arrival and to 9:30am on the day of departure.

2. A deposit of 30% of the total due is required with a completed booking form and the balance is payable not less than 10 weeks before commencement of the rental period.
3. A  security deposit of £100, £150 or £350 (depending on property) against possible damages, breakage’s or additional cleaning charges is required and must be sent with the balance of the holiday rental. This will be returned within 14 days of departure if not required.
4. All payments should be made by cheque payable to Peter Austen.
5. Travel directions will be sent out when acknowledging receipt of the final balance.
