In low and mid season prices may be negotiated for lower occupancy in all properties except Le Pigeonnier. We offer excellent prices for couples.

When you arrive you will find your property clean.

Cleaning is not included in your rental price.

You may to clean it yourself, or you may have it cleaned:

Cleaning prices: (per clean) Le Pigeonnier £40, La Porcherie £55, Le Petite Maison £65, La Grange £80, Le Manoir £100.

However:  You will enjoy a discount if you book & pay for cleaning in advance.

If you are renting Le Manoir, our experience shows that many guests find the cleaning daunting on the last day.
You may especially wish to book cleaning for this.

The following dates are weeks commencing;

N.B. Le Manoir  - The house itself changes one day earlier (on Fridays).

The applicable rate for Le Manoir is 1 day earlier than below.

2012:  All dates shown represent the first day of your holiday.

Spring 2012                                     

Low Season:               7^th Jan →        11^th May.                                           

Mid Season:               12^th May →      29^th June.                                           

High Season:             30^th June -        13^th  July      

Peak Season:            14^th July →         24^th Aug.

Autumn 2012

High Season:               25^th August →       31^st August, + Christmas, Hogmanay.

Mid Season:                 1^st September →  21^st September .

Low Season:                22^nd Sept →         21^st December. 

Spring  2013

Low Season:                5th January  →      22nd March 2013.

2013: CNY = 10th February.
           Good Friday = 29March.

(Additional occupancy is possible in some properties- charged at £50 per person per week).

Notes on prices;

1. The prices above are applicable to the rental of each property up to the advertised maximum occupancy for each property.
2. The price includes normal use of water, gas, electricity & wood where appropriate.
   All bed linen, cots & high chairs are included, but not towels. These may be hired at €6 a week. (€10 for two weeks). 
3. The accommodation provided is self-catering and must be left clean and tidy.
4. The price does not include the small charges made on the pool table and pinball machine.
5. The minimum stay during high and peak season is normally two weeks but there are sometimes odd
   un-let single weeks available.

The rental period is from 4:00pm on the day of arrival and to 9:30am on the day of departure.

2. A deposit of 30% of the total due is required with a completed booking form
    and the balance is payable not less than 10 weeks before commencement of the rental period.
3. A  security deposit of £100, £150 £200 or £400 (depending on property) against possible damages,
   breakage’s or additional cleaning charges is required and must be sent with the balance of the holiday rental.
   This will be returned within 14 days of departure if not required.
4. Travel directions will be sent out when acknowledging receipt of the final balance.
