We have finally received outline planning permission to convert our old barn into accommodation.

A 5 bedroomed house (Circa 250M²), on three levels, with a  swimming pool is envisaged.

This barn nestles in a fold in the hill close behind the village of St Marcel.  You pass it when you walk to the restaurant, Lou Peyrol.

In case you're worried. - It is not within sight, or earshot of the other properties.

The floor is on two levels, with the North side (Right above), about 1M higher than the South side.
